Cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

All discretionary spending is not included (purchase of wine, food stuffs and souvenirs)

 

Inclusions are as listed in the itineraries.  

 

Where food is included in the itinerary - you must advise of any dietary requirements or allergies.

 

Bookings must be confirmed before sending payment.

 

To secure you booking, a minimum of 50% of your total booking fee must be paid.  Full payment must be received 24 hours prior.

Bookings must be made by a legal adult and over the legal drinking age of 21 for wine destinations.  We reserve the right to check ID. 

 

No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the cars.

We strictly do not allow intoxicated passengers.  Should you become intoxicated during the tour,  you will not be permitted to continue to ride in the cars and you will have to make your own alternative arrangements at your own cost.  

 

For Airport pick-ups, you must advise of your flight details in your booking.  If your flights are delayed, you must advise as soon as practicle. 

 

In you develop flu or COVID symptoms, you must advise no later than 24 hours prior and we will re-schedule your booking for a more suitable time.

Sick passengers are not permitted in the vehicles.

 

If we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you 24 hours prior and offer another tour operator or re-schedule your booking for another suitable time. 

 

Due to the large distances between each of the regions, we can only offer one region per day.
