Policies

​​GENERAL

Prices are correct at time of publishing but can be subject to change.

​

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.

​

Pricing will indicate food  + tasting costs where included or excluded.

​

Tasting & food listings are recommendations only. The ultimate outcome is achieved by working with you on a  bespoke itinerary to suit your preferences, budget and time.

​

Pick up and drop off to one address (can be from Adelaide metropolitan area or any of the regions excluding Clare Valley).

​

Most regional wineries will open at 11am therefore pick-up times will be adjusted to suit (or we can make a coffee stop on the way!).

​

Pricing is usually based on up to 6 hours (including travel time) unless specified.

Extra time is charged at AUD$75/hour.

ETIQUETTE

Your safety is our top priority.  To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, and in line with our duty of care: 

​ Alcohol consumption is NOT permitted in the vehicle.

Drunk, aggressive, or unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour immediately on breach of this policy.   You will then need to make your own travel arrangements back to your original pick-up destination.

​PAYMENTS

50% payment required to secure booking, with full payment required at the completion of the tour.

​

EFT payments attract a 2% surcharge.

​

Gift Vouchers must be paid in full, with redemption within 2 years.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations due to health or unforeseen circumstances can be transferred to another date, subject to availability.  

Cancellations with 2 weeks notice can receive a full deposit refund.   

Cancellations less than 72 hours (3 full days) will not receive a deposit refund unless there is an emergency.  Proof will need to be supplied if this is the case. 

 

EXCLUSIONS

All discretionary purchases (foodstuffs, bottled wine) or anything not listed as part of the tour are not included in pricing.
